Steve and Jay, the owners of Island Minded Management, have a combined 21 years in managing, buying, selling, and investing real estate. While interviewing prospective property managers for their own investment properties they found that the brand and full service “turn key” management company that they were searching for was available.
After putting a wish list of what the perfect vacation rental management company looks like, Steve and Jay decided to build it themselves. With that Island Minded was born.
Island Minded Management will continue to grow throughout Southwest Florida with plans of expansion south to the Florida Keys and north from Tampa to Orlando.
